Welcome to Alaska Goldendoodles! Breeding Goldendoodles for health, temperament, and just the right size. Goldendoodles have the smarts of a Poodle and the sweet mellowness of a Golden Retriever and they are adorable. Goldendoodles make excellent family pets, assistance dogs, and companions.
We are a home-based breeder in Homer, Alaska. Our dogs are part of our family and live in our home.
All the puppies have now found their new homes. Check back occasionally as we hope to post photos of the pups as they grow up. And if you are interested in hearing about new litters please email us and we'll keep you posted.
About Us Alaska Goldendoodles are family bred and raised in our home with opportunities for socialization and beginning training (housebreaking, crate training, etc.).
My first dog was born the same day I was and I have rarely been without one or more dogs in my life. Growing up, there were several litters of dogs and cats and I was dedicated to each of them. I worked for a veterinarian when I was in my twenties and loved assisting in surgery. My most profound memory was of an emergency c-section of Husky pups late one night.
This is my first litter in many years but being a breeder is something I’ve been planning for most of my life. I adhere to the tenants of quality breeders and I will not continue to breed unless I feel certain that there are good homes waiting for our pups. I researched, considered options, and specifically chose Goldendoodles, and Sadie and Kody in particular, for their wonderful qualities. Now that I work part-time at home, the time is right to do what I love – sharing exceptional dogs with dog-loving families.
